We have rigorous quality assurance procedures to make sure this doesn't happen, so please accept our sincere apologies if you received an incorrect or defective item in your order. If so, just email pictures of the defective or incorrect items to norankosi5@gmail.com, and we'll take care of it right away.
Cancellation of Order
Since we are committed to getting your orders to you as soon as possible, we are unable to cancel orders outside of this window because they may already be en route to you. However, if you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it.
